Telecom Site Services is a tower site acquisition company for the wireless telecommunications industry. Since 1995, we have provided all components of land acquisition for tower leases, including co-locations, zoning, title review, 911 addressing, building permits, FAA approvals, and FCC registration. We also supervise surveyors, utility connections, and geotech operations.
Ray and his partner, Randy Gardner are experienced site acquisition professionals. They have worked most of the rural and metro areas in Texas, plus New Mexico and Oklahoma. They personally do the site selectionand zoning -- we do not hire inexperienced people to do the job for us.
We emphasize implementation of the environmental phases of telecom siting early in the process, in particular, the NEPA/SHPO/Indian notifications. On staff is an EPA-qualified Environmental Site Assessor, so we can start the Indian Tribal notification process as soon as a good candidate is identified, i.e. before the lease is signed. Whether the primary or back-up candidate, the notification process will start during the site search, not after the lease is signed. This can save one to three months in the site completition process. Ray has submitted Section 106 SHPO Form 620’s in 7 states
The Phase I and NEPO/SHPO/Indian notification services, when combined with the site acquisition process, means a considerable cost savings to the client.
