Telecom Site Services is a tower site acquisition company for the wireless telecommunications industry. Since 1995, we have provided all components of land acquisition for tower leases, including co-locations, zoning, title review, 911 addressing, building permits, FAA approvals, and FCC registration. We also supervise surveyors, utility connections, and geotech operations.

Ray L. McKim III
An EPA-qualified environmental consultant for: Banks, Telecom Companies, Oil & Gas Companies. Ray was certified as a Professional Landman in 1985, and in 1993 completed the AAPL's requirements for classification as an Environmental Site Assessor.
