Since 1995, TSS has provided all components of land acquisition for tower leases, including co-locations, zoning, title review, 911 addressing, building permits, FAA approvals, environmentals and FCC registration. Background
Ray began his oil and gas experience by working as a lease operator in New Mexico for Amerada Hess in 1976. After one year, he left Amerada Hess for the Gulf Coast to gain experience as a petroleum landman. For 2 ½ years he worked in the East Texas/ Gulf Coast area as a field landman/broker for such companies as Texaco and Chevron.
